No more clicking
Had a loud, ticking metronome sound under the dash of my '04 Cavalier whenever the ventilation system wasn't on recirculate. So yup: blend door actuator. Ordered up this part here and it works; no more click. All back to normal. Don't know what else I can say about it! In my case was even lucky enough that it can be reached and swapped out easily under the dash.
Edit: Rating dropped from 4 to 2 stars. Actuator broke again three months later.
Why not 5 stars? Probably by no fault of the part supplier it's a cheap, plastic part just like the one it replaced. To be fair, this one appears to be at least as high quality as the plasticky original, so it may be more fair to put it on the car manufacturer. Maybe the new one will surprise me and outlast the car...
