Purchased this to replace stock 2002 TJ with the 4.0 radiator which had a cracked tank because of the poor plastic tank design. This is all aluminum and will not inevitably fail like the stock design. The radiator was a bolt in replacement. I did have to bend over a small section of a the passenger side mounting flange because of my AC lines but Mishimoto accounted for this in their design and it was already perforated and easy to bend (I broke it completely off but maybe you are supposed to just bend it over) The construction of the radiator is very solid and good quality. I have noticed that the jeep actually does run about 10 degrees cooler now compared to the stock radiator. The cap that is provided with this is 19lbs, the stock TJ cap is 18 lbs. The radiator was well packaged and arrived safely, completely surrounded by thick honeycomb cardboard. This radiator also comes with a lifetime warranty, which even covers you if your vehicle is in an accident. I have never heard of such...
